We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Seasonal Farm Worker at Pleasant Creek Farms.

Job Summary:

  • Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops in a fast-paced farm environment.
  • Work in all types of weather conditions, 7 days a week, for 40+ hours/week at $15.50/hour.
  • Collaborate with other farm workers to achieve daily and weekly production goals.
  • Perform manual labor tasks, including but not limited to, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
