About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team at Mountforest Agroproducts Ltd. as a Mushroom Farm Worker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Clean the crops, clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas, cut agricultural crops, hand harvesting vegetables, and plant, cultivate and irrigate crops.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Clean the work area, harvest crops, and load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn is essential.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

The work site environment is wet/damp, and the role requires working in a physically demanding environment.
