About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Lac Le Jeune Resort. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Coordinate with clients to plan and execute special events and functions.
  • Ensure that all food meets quality standards and is presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Fluency in English.
