Logistics Associate

About the Role
The Logistics Associate will be responsible for delivering orders and picking up products while providing superior customer service. This role also involves acting as a backup in the warehouse as a material handler.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a 26-foot truck in a safe and responsible manner.
- Deliver products to clients/customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collect products for returns according to instructions and provide a credit note to customers.
- Conduct pre and post vehicle inspections.
- Complete administrative tasks and paperwork.
- Record order discrepancies and inform the Dispatch Office for resolution.
- Work in the Warehouse as needed.
Requirements
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
- Candidate must have a valid Ontario driver's license and be able to provide utility bills showing current address.
- Candidate must be able to pass an RCMP fingerprint background check.
- Candidate must have good command over the English language.
- One (1) year or more Commercial driving experience required.
- Ability to drive a delivery van in a safe and responsible manner.
- Capacity to drive in all weather conditions and temperature changing environment.
- Must be able to frequently lift/carry 35 lbs for 8 to 10 hours daily.
