We're looking for a talented Fitness Career Advisor - Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for determining member needs, educating and introducing solutions to achieve client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be bilingual (English/French), and have experience in sales and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Determine member needs, educate and introduce solutions to achieve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales and Upselling: Generate sales from inbound and outbound calls and offer up-sell opportunities to meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quota.
  • Customer Service: Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of member inquiries while effectively managing large volumes of incoming calls.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and events to promote course and event registrations.
  • Education and Qualifications: A High School diploma and/or some university or college education, with French/English bilingualism required.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Internet.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Ability to multi-task, work independently, and as part of a team with superior customer service and data entry skills.
  • Bonus: Fitness Enthusiast Required

Work Environment:

This position is based out of the GoodLife Fitness Home Office and requires mainly weekdays, occasional evenings, and weekends, with occasionally working off-site and travel required (currently paused due to the pandemic).

Compensation: $19.49 - $27.69 per hour
