About the Role

At QuickStart Technologies Inc., we are seeking an IT Career Advisor to join our team in Ontario, Canada. This is a Consultative Sales Position that requires strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job Description

The IT Career Advisor will be the first point of contact for prospective students, advising and assisting them with the selection and pursuance of IT Bootcamps. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that students have a seamless experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meeting/exceeding weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
  • Obtaining monthly referrals
  • Maintaining accurate and predictable monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
  • Follow-up on all leads and questions using the follow-up process (calls, texts, emails)
  • Maintain honesty and professionalism
  • Provide outstanding service and assistance to all prospective students
  • Ensure zero error rate in data gathering and entry
  • Meet/exceed value selling expectations
  • Maintain CRM database in an organized, error-free manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and professional level of written and verbal communication
  • Effective negotiation and motivation techniques, with the ability to influence others
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills, as well as the ability to manage time effectively
  • A degree is preferred, along with 4+ years of Admissions/Qualitative Sales experience
  • Pipeline management/lead nurturing experience is also essential
  • You must be able to work evenings and some weekends
  • Ability to interact with people from a variety of backgrounds, levels, and positions
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, as well as additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
