Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, and delivering effective solutions to help them achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your time effectively and prioritize your work to focus on high-impact tasks
  • Conduct deep customer discovery and understand each buyer's personality and business goals
  • Create awareness of the importance of an influencer marketing strategy and the uniqueness of our solution
  • Gain control over the sales cycle and remain in close contact with customers during the sales process
  • Deliver effective discussions to help buyers determine if Modash is a good fit for their marketing goals
  • Report internally and analyze your success and plans of action
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an Account Executive or Sales Consultant in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record in closing deals and managing an inbound sales process
  • Basic knowledge of B2B sales, challenger sales, and questions-based selling
  • Curiosity and empathy to understand clients' drivers and be hungry for new ways to improve sales
  • Resilience to overcome obstacles, rejection, and failures
  • Results orientation and a mindset of understanding your performance, progress, and steps to achieve your goals
  • Ambitious character with a high bar for success
  • Get-it-done attitude and ability to find solutions and motivate yourself
