Early Careers: Intern, Client Information Management
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contract review and information management in a corporate environment.
You will work with expert information and legal professionals to ensure compliance and support the launch of new benchmarking tools.
Responsibilities include reviewing client contracts, identifying non-standard contracts, collaborating with client leaders and finance teams, and documenting and tracking the status of reviewed contracts.
Key Skills and Experience
- Strong verbal and written communications skills;
- Basic understanding of contract language and legal documents;
- Ability to connect with client leaders and finance teams to gather information;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote, etc.);
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
