In this role, you will work closely with our expert information and legal professionals to ensure compliance and support the launch of new benchmarking tools.
About the Role
As a Contract Review and Information Management Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing client contracts to ensure they include standard privacy language. You will also identify non-standard contracts and escalate cases that require additional information or specific client notifications. Additionally, you will collaborate with client leaders and finance teams to gather current contract information where not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Review client contracts to identify whether they contain standard confidentiality provisions.
- Identify non-standard contracts and escalate cases that require additional information or specific client notifications.

- Document and track the status of reviewed contracts and ensure that any necessary follow-up actions are taken.
- Assist the client information management team in the collection of Human Capital benefit details, covering group benefits, wealth accumulation programs, and other programs/perks related to attracting and retaining talent.
What You'll Gain

Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communications skills;
- Basic understanding of contract language and legal documents;
- Ability to connect with client leaders and finance teams to gather information;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote, etc.);
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
