About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to provide support and subject matter expertise to our fundraising team.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the fundraising team to develop high-quality, data-driven solutions that increase our annual revenue goals.

  • Develop and manage datasets for various projects;
  • Handle data extraction, transformation, and loading processes;
  • Identify and address data gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve reporting and analytics;
  • Apply AI and machine learning principles to data modeling;
  • Use advanced data mining techniques to uncover patterns and trends and translate data into actionable insights;
  • Identify and recommend improvements for data integrity and automation;
  • Analyze and provide data solutions to improve program, campaign, and fundraising processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, as well as proficiency in data analysis techniques and CRM experience.

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $75,000 CAD per year, commensurate with experience.
