Key Responsibilities- Order Fulfillment: Obtain articles for customers from shelf or stockroom, ensuring that orders are accurate and complete.
- Stock Management: Record incoming stock, restock shelves and display areas, and maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Operational Support: Assist with processing electronic transactions, operating cash registers, and performing general cleaning duties.
This role is ideal for individuals with a background in retail or customer service, and who are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
