Job Title: Concrete Finishing Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Concrete Finishing Assistant to join our team at PEDRON CONTRACTING LTD.

Job Summary:

The Concrete Finishing Assistant will assist in the preparation and finishing of concrete surfaces on various construction sites. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Perform routine maintenance work and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
Work Environment:

The Concrete Finishing Assistant will work on various construction sites, including high-rise building construction sites, and will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week, with overtime as required.
