Concrete Finisher

Astra Concrete Ltd. is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on our concrete structures.
Key Responsibilities- Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Fills hollows and removes spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Operates power vibrators to compact concrete and level the top surface according to grade and depth specifications.
- Imparts the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Applies hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
As a Concrete Finisher, you will work in a variety of locations, including outdoors, and will be exposed to dusty and noisy conditions.
Requirements- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the trade.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
- Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Dental plan.
- Health care plan.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- English as the primary language of communication.
