About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our SailPoint implementation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a project management framework that aligns with the higher education environment.
  • Manage and coordinate the SailPoint implementation project, including requirements gathering, planning, and reporting.
  • Lead a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
  • Prepare and present high-quality reports and presentations to stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Ensure compliance with information security best practices and standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and team members.
Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years' experience as a project manager, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale IT transformation projects.
  • Minimum of eight years' experience as a business analyst, with expertise in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Experience working in a large and decentralized organization.
  • Hold PMP certification.
  • Experience with SailPoint implementation is a plus.
