About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at KLC Hospitality Ltd. As a Food Service Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
  • Table Setting and Cleaning: Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and place dishes in storage areas.
  • Sanitation and Cleaning: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units, and sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take customers' orders, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Handle and store cleaning products and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, repetitive tasks, and overtime required.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player, and ability to multitask.
