Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at KLC Hospitality Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and dishroom.
- Restock supplies and equipment as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced food service environment, with exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals.

- Ability to multitask.
The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.
Work HoursThe Food Counter Attendant will work 35 hours per week.
