Executive Director of Culinary Operations

The Fresh Tandori Flavor Indian Bistro seeks an experienced Executive Director of Culinary Operations to lead our culinary team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for determining the type of services we offer and implementing operational procedures that meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Cash Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms with precision and accuracy.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure our team members are meeting their full potential.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best quality and prices.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead a team of 1-2 people, with the potential to expand to 3-4 people as the business grows.
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
