Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Job Description
As a Specialized Finance Analyst, you will support the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) group in the TD Securities Front Office. Your primary responsibilities will include liaising with ECM associates to collect necessary data to calculate and report profit and losses on all equity underwriting deals. You will also calculate and report capital requirements for committed Equity Underwriting deals to comply with CIRO rules and regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with ECM and Syndication Operations teams to resolve any discrepancies related to the equity underwriting process.

Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need a University undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Commerce. A CPA (CA, CMA, CGA) and/or CFA designation achieved or working towards is preferred but not required. You must have high-level analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a huge volume of emails and deals on a daily basis. Strong micro-application skills, especially in using current technology to create efficiencies in daily responsibilities, are also essential. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, including verbal and written skills, as well as critical listening ability, are required. You must be able to motivate staff of all levels through your communication abilities and work well with other team members to establish priorities and capitalize on opportunities or minimize problems.
