Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Wash Operations Manager to join our team at Scotts Consolidated Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our truck wash facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, and manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met, including obtaining and maintaining necessary certifications and licenses.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience is essential.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Certifications and Licenses: A Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles) is required.
  • Physical Demands: The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be physically demanding.
