About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Infrastructure Developer to join our dynamic team at Unity. As a key member of our Grow division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational stability, performance, and cost-efficiency of our cloud-hosted data infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve the stability of our Druid, Streaming, Iceberg, Trino, and MySQL infrastructures
  • Participate in the on-call rotation of these infrastructures
  • Focus on monitoring, cost reduction, and performance improvements
  • Develop scripts in Python
  • Collaborate with customers to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
  • Experience working in an Ops team (DevOps or DataOps) with a strong background in Python and cloud infrastructure
  • Proficiency in AWS and GCP
  • Experience with k8s (AWS EKS or GCP GKE)
  • Experience with Streaming technologies (Spark Streaming, Spark Structured Streaming, or Flink)
  • Experience with databases (Druid, Trino)
