Outdoor Labourer

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team at Paul's Lawn Care as a Landscape Labourer. As a key member of our outdoor team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and performing various other tasks related to lawn care and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and applying fertilizers.
- Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other machinery.
- Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure healthy growth and development.
- Perform snow removal tasks as needed.
This is an on-the-road job, requiring you to work outdoors in various weather conditions. You will be required to work 40 to 60 hours per week, depending on the needs of the company.
Requirements- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
- English or French language proficiency.
