Landscape Labourer

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team at Paul's Lawn Care as a Landscape Labourer. As a key member of our outdoor team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and performing other outdoor tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and applying fertilizers.
- Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other machinery.
- Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure healthy growth.
- Perform snow removal tasks as required.
This is an on-the-road job, requiring you to work outdoors in various weather conditions. You will be required to work 40 to 60 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
Language and CommunicationFluency in English or French is required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
