Job Title: Restaurant Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Team Lead to join our team at Dawson Creek Boston Pizza. As a Restaurant Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Work Environment:
