Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement
- Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys, ensuring that they are presented to the highest standards
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-7 months of experience in a food service establishment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team
