CareRx is a leading provider of specialty pharmacy services to seniors, serving over 96,000 residents in over 1600 communities. We are a national organization with a large network of pharmacy fulfillment centers, delivering medications in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Set up, repair, and maintain medication/treatment carts, fax machines, and other pharmacy-provided equipment/supplies with applicable documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and record service calls over the phone.
  • Sourcing/ordering and tracking parts required for ongoing equipment/supply maintenance when required.
  • Follow up with parts/equipment sent to the homes.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of homes.
  • Pre-stage equipment such as fax machines, fridges, medication carts, etc.
  • Installation of equipment into facilities.
  • Local deliveries and pickups.
  • Reconditioning and storing equipment/supplies for future use.
  • Miscellaneous support functions as required.
  • Weekend and overnight work required for on-call support.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Maintain a good driving record and be able to respond to service calls within Ontario when required.
  • Be available to attend emergency calls outside of regular working hours.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and be able to troubleshoot.
  • Proven ability to foster strong partnerships with other team members.
  • Effective organization, planning, and time management skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, and be able to interact with others in a professional manner.
  • Skilled in critical thought processes and be able to prioritize appropriately.
  • Be self-directed, requiring minimal supervision, and able to work independently.
  • Motivated to achieve results that reflect a high standard of quality.
  • Demonstrate good listening skills and be adaptable to changes in the job environment.
  • Be dependable and responsible in the execution of job duties.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office programs.
