Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at CA09 Labatt Brewing Company Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our process equipment and brewing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on process equipment and brewing systems
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and meet production goals
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize equipment performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and operations
Requirements
- Red Seal certification in plumbing or a related trade
- Strong technical understanding of process equipment and brewing systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
