About the Role:
  • Collaborate with the VP Marketing & E-commerce to develop e-commerce strategy and plans in line with Brand objectives and overall business growth strategy.
  • Determine quantitative and qualitative objectives for web site and elaborate desired experience of web users.
  • Develop annual and long-term plans, sales, profitability and gross margin targets based on e-commerce metrics and marketing objectives.
  • Work with media agency and/or internal media team to define measurement framework and digital metrics (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, and conversion rates) to optimize online marketing spend.
  • Oversee the development, management, and optimization of the organic search practice.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in a field related to this position. Marketing, Business, e-commerce. Master's degree an asset.
  • Bilingual French and English.
  • Minimum 8 years of e-commerce, digital or online marketing experience.
  • Understanding of audience building strategies.
  • Superior analytic skills, using performance data to optimize current campaigns and identify new opportunities.
