Job Title: Gestionnaire marketing omnicanal / Omni-Channel Marketing Manager

Blinds To Go is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital advertising efforts across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, and display advertising. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive growth and improve lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid search, social media, and display advertising campaigns to drive demand generation and lead acquisition.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing automation strategies.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search and social media advertising.
  • Proven track record of success in driving lead generation and revenue growth through digital marketing efforts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
