Food Service Manager

Chucks Roadhouse Bar and Grill is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management decisions.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure accurate and timely food preparation.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service environment, with a focus on supervisory roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, with a focus on inventory management and food safety.
Chucks Roadhouse Bar and Grill is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. The successful candidate will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their shift.
Language:The primary language of work is English, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and communication with colleagues and management.
Hours of Work:35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
