  • Hire and manage food service staff to meet the needs of our customers
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management decisions
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our establishment's culinary genres to provide expert recommendations to customers
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Establish work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
