Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY SANDWICHES. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service establishment.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of 3-4 food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns to maintain a positive reputation for our establishment.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
