Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor to join our team at Alpine Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and train a team of housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending.
Our hotel operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent bending and crouching.
