Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor to join our team at Alpine Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our cleanliness and safety standards.
- Establish Schedules: Create and manage schedules for our housekeeping team to ensure our rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
- Address Customer Concerns: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare Reports: Compile and submit reports on housekeeping operations, including cleaning schedules, staff performance, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks.
