Overview

Yorklink is a leading organization in the industry, and we are seeking an exceptional Executive Director, Operations Management to join our team. As a key member of our management group, you will play a crucial role in driving business success and growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our operations management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, commerce, or engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience and at least 5 years of work experience in construction. As a seasoned executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our company's policies, procedures, and practices. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in all aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of operations managers to achieve outstanding results.
  • Clients and Stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Recruit, train, and develop talent within the operations team to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and introduce new technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a managerial position and at least 5 years of work experience in construction.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
