Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Cander 2020. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and recruiting graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Collect and screen applicants
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties
  • Recruit and hire staff
