Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

Rus Custom Homes Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms and conditions of employment, and company policies.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Recruit and hire staff, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed and accurate.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • MS Excel.
  • MS Outlook.
  • MS PowerPoint.
  • MS Word.
Personal Suitability:
  • Efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Organized.
  • Reliability.
