Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team at J.B DHILLON BROS LTD. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining our fleet of vehicles, transporting goods and materials across the country and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
- Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
- Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
- Receive and relay information to central dispatch
- Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
- Valid Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
