About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in CrossIron Mills-Rocky View. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. The store is located in the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in CrossIron Mills-Rocky View, and the successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
