About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at ROCKY MOUNTAIN CHOCOLATE FACTORY (CROSSIRON MILLS- ROCKY VIEW). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and providing exceptional customer service to build customer loyalty.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Language: English
  • Work Setting: Urban area, retail business
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability
