We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Cybersecurity Leader to join our team as a Senior Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-value services to our organization while mobilizing a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Mobilize a team of approximately 12 experts in IAM to achieve strategic targets and gather stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects to define business services roadmaps and prioritize initiatives using the Safe Agile methodology.
- Oversee the delivery of end-to-end business services, including monitoring processes and producing progress and risk indicators.
- Develop business cases for funding initiatives and work closely with technology delivery teams to ensure the execution of IAM.
- Oversee controls, monitor operations, and collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
You will be part of a dynamic team of over 2,300 IT experts who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner. We foster a positive employee experience through dynamic work environments and cutting-edge collaboration tools.
