Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to work with one of our clients, an international bank based in Montreal. The successful candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Privileged Access Management (PAM) services and contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of these services.

The role involves analyzing technical and business requirements, defining workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement robust controls. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting project delivery efforts
  • Monitoring compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures
  • Participating in the development and implementation of the organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy
  • Contributing to compliance initiatives, audits, and strategic security IAM projects
  • Partnering with IT and business teams to oversee technical controls and ensure the protection of sensitive assets

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A comprehensive understanding of PAM principles and their implementation in diverse environments
  • Familiarity with operating system security across platforms, including Windows, Linux, and Unix
  • Expertise in workstation and server security, cryptography, network security, and related concepts
  • Knowledge of project management principles and risk assessment methodologies
  • Effective communication skills, with fluency in English

Benefits

This is a hybrid setup position with 3 days on-site per week, requiring relocation to Montreal or willing to relocate.
