About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Alio Health Services. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing in-home support to our patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer In-Home Infusions and Injections: Provide patients with necessary medications and injections in the comfort of their own homes.
  • Phlebotomy Services: Collect blood samples from patients for laboratory testing.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments with patients and designated caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Home Visits: Conduct visits at patients' homes or approved locations to provide care and support.
  • Charting and Documentation: Accurately record patient information and treatment outcomes using our proprietary system.
  • Adverse Event Reporting: Promptly report any adverse events or concerns to ensure patient safety.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Valid RN or RPN License: Possess a valid nursing license in the province of Ontario.
  • CPR Certification: Hold current CPR certification.
  • Minimum 2 Years of Nursing Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on nursing experience post-graduation.
  • Excellent Communication and Time Management Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in French: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
  • Valid Driver's License and Vehicle: Hold a valid driver's license and own an insured vehicle.
