Job Title: Registered Early Childhood Educator - Floater

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Floater. As a key member of our Early Learning Program, you will provide high-quality education and care to Junior and Senior Kindergarten students in a full-day program.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with classroom teachers to provide play-based education, supporting the cognitive, emotional, and social development of our students. You will lead extended programs before and after school, working with teachers to deliver daily classroom activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality education and care to Junior and Senior Kindergarten students
  • Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to deliver play-based education
  • Lead extended programs before and after school
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to support student learning
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students
Requirements:
  • Completed two-year community college program in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Registration and good standing with the Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators
  • Minimum one year of child care experience
  • Valid First Aid certification/CPR
  • Immunization Record with proof of MMR and Tdap immunizations
  • Police Records Check for the Vulnerable Sector
