Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Title Officer to join our team. As a Junior Title Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of title searches and documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review documents, including title searches, to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and company policies.
  • Complete requests for insurance within documented service level agreements and lender procedures.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external partnerships to enhance customer service experience.
  • Perform daily quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with reports, filing, and data entry as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the financial and/or legal environment is an asset.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy office environment.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
