Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Joseph Beshay. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering clients' dietary needs and preferences
Requirements
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Experience working with clients with disabilities or elderly individuals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
