Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Joseph Beshay. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to alleviate loneliness and isolation
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to support clients' dietary needs
Requirements:
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
