We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Professional to join our team in Thunder Bay.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions. The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and possess strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and handle office correspondence with professionalism.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain accurate office calendars.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management to ensure efficient record-keeping.
  • Help maintain an organized workspace by ordering necessary supplies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
  • Strong communication and time-management abilities to work independently.
