About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the planning, coordination, and management of day camp programs and events for families. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote recreation, fitness, and socialization for military families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and evaluate the operations and delivery of recreation facilities, programs, services, and events
  • Develop and implement programs that promote recreation, fitness, and socialization for military families
  • Supervise personnel and volunteers, ensuring a high level of customer service and program quality
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient program delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A college diploma or certificate in Recreation, Leisure Studies, or Community Development, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in recreation administration or a related field
  • Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
  • Certification in one recreation program area
  • High Five Principles of Healthy Child Development or High Five Sport certification
Language Requirements

French is an essential language requirement for this role.
