Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain valuation models and reports for private equity and infrastructure portfolio investments
- Conduct thorough analysis of value drivers and investment risks across portfolio assets
- Collect and analyze market data using industry-leading tools and research
- Liaise with Investment and Risk Teams to review past performance, strategy, and emerging issues
- Perform asset and portfolio level sensitivities to understand valuation impacts
- Monitor market events and analyze potential impacts on portfolio asset valuations
- Collaborate with external auditors and valuators to support valuation conclusions
- Assist with financial reporting and valuation requirements, including impairment testing and purchase price allocations
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant private asset valuation experience
- Chartered Business Valuation (CBV) or advanced enrollment in the CBV program
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and complex financial models
- Experience with business intelligence tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau, is an asset
