Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Supervisor to lead our drywall installation team at FAST DRYWALL LTD. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and team leadership, with a strong focus on ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the drywall installation team to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in customer service and team leadership.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
